Contracting out your IT Support can be advantageous to all types and sizes of company. Small and Medium Businesses can carry on about their usual day to day activities safe in the knowledge that their IT network is in safe hands. All too often in small businesses pressure is exerted on individuals to look after the IT Network when they should be focusing on their main job, the one they are paid for.
On many occasions, time and motion studies reveal members of staff devoting (with good intentions) far too much of their core time to non-core (read: IT-related) jobs.
