IT Support. Some clients need just basic Support whilst some like complete blanket cover so that every possible
IT Support Technical issue is covered.
When it comes to the actual Support Packages, you can vary what you get. For example, what on-site support reaction time you need, critical cover for servers, lower priority for workstations or mix and match of them all.
Paying for out
IT Support packages could not be simpler either, we offer different payment packages that include monthly by direct debit to quarterly in advance and if paying yearly in advance a discount is generally applied too!
