Nemark have several different service levels available depending on your business’ requirements and how mission critical your hardware support needs are.
Servers typically have a 1 hour response time for Remote support and 4 hours to site when an engineer call-out is required.
Workstations are similar with a typical call-out to site of 8 hours but still benefiting from the 1 hour Remote IT Support facility.
It is not a problem if your requirements are different from the above; our bespoke IT Support Contract caters for every eventuality and requirement and can be tailored to fit your individual requirements. |
