Nemark have several different service levels available depending on your business’ requirements and how mission critical your hardware support needs are.
Servers typically have a 1 hour response time for Remote support and 4 hours to site when an engineer call out is required.
Servers are similar with a typical call out to site of 4 hours but still benefiting from the 1 hour Remote IT Support facility.
