With Nemark’s Rapid Workstation Response facility you can rest assured that we are not only monitoring your Network, we are also on hand throughout the day to assist via our remote IT Support platform and also with our team of on-site IT Support engineers.

What is covered

Put simply if your company has a contract with Nemark for its IT Support, you will have selected either our standard remote IT Support contract or the full package of remote IT Support for fast assistance to basic IT Support problems and also On-Site support for those problems that cannot be fixed on a remote session.  This basically means that you can rest assured that any IT Support problem you have will be handled quickly and effectively.

Response times etc

Nemark have several different service levels available depending on your business’ requirements and how mission critical your hardware support needs are.

Servers typically have a 1 hour response time for Remote support and 4 hours to site when an engineer call-out is required.

Workstations are similar with a typical call-out to site of 8 hours but still benefiting from the 1 hour Remote IT Support facility.

It is not a problem if your requirements are different from the above; our bespoke IT Support Contract caters for every eventuality and requirement and can be tailored to fit your individual requirements.
