Our On-Site IT Support facility is on hand across the UK to both IT Support Contract clients and ad-hoc clients who need professional assistance. A point to note that as you become a contracted client of Nemark, you also get preferential service and call slots meaning that you can rely on fast, effective IT Support from our specialist Support staff no matter what the problem.
Our On-Site IT Support packages come in varying service levels from 1 hour on site emergency support for servers through to next business working day. From experience and after a consultation with one of our IT Consultants a package can be built to offer you the best solution not just for your budget but also for how your business needs to work.

The client already had IT Support cover on their server with the software manufacturer and so just needed just remote support on 15 workstations. After discussing response times and service levels a bespoke IT Support package was developed that suited the client’s budget and support needs. |

The client had grown tired of bad IT Support and asked Nemark for a quotation. In looking at the clients base of operations it was advised that some changes should be made to the clients network. This resulted in the client working more efficiently and all remote workers able to work from anywhere in the world using a Microsoft Terminal Server. Since installation the client has had a much more efficient working environment and a bespoke IT Support Contract based on remote workers being able to access IT Support as though they were in the office. |

The client’s previous IT Support supplier was not able to offer the type of support they needed and so Nemark were asked to quote for a specific service level to cover a server hosting system in Sheffield, and a 50-seat network in Birmingham. After an initial inspection a package was drawn up that was acceptable to the client, and the IT Support contract was duly awarded to Nemark. |
