design a full network across a 2 office deployment that allows all users to see the same network with a fail over network server at the opposite address in case of failure. Whilst not a low cost solution, over its planned 5 year lifespan will save the client over £13,000 in hosting fees and IT Support costs. |

we were asked to take over the IT Support contract for this firm of over 60 users and found that the network had grown organically during its time with the previous IT Support provider and no real foundation for the future had been built in. To that end Nemark ran through the network and following a brief from the management team of the client a full IT Strategy was developed and a 5 year plan had been put in place to re-design and implement both a new Computer Network and also a full Business Telephone System. |

the firm asked Nemark to develop a full Comms and IT Strategy for the business to assist them in getting the most out of their IT and Telephone System. From the outset it was discovered that the firm had been miss-sold some if not all of their current technology and Nemark was asked to put in a rescue plan to save as much as possible and re-deploy servers and network utilities in a cost saving exercise. After weeks of work and discussions the end result was not only a full functioning IT Network but also the client found that the staff within the business were working more efficiently. The managing partner was very pleased with the end result and due to the way Nemark had tried to save the firm money asked us to quote for the IT Support contract for the business. |
