Nemark have been offering IT Support

offering the not only IT Support but also IT Consultancy, Supply and Management of both the IT Network and the communications system, namely the business telephone systems too.

The
firm is s medium sized business with 5 fee earners. The firm invited
Nemark to make contact with a view to discussing both their IT Support and the supply of a new Server and network.
Following
several meetings to ascertain the needs and requirements of the
business both for now and the future a network design was completed and
presented. The solution included a new Dell Server,
several new workstations and laptops. Alogn with this an off site back
up facility was offered as a good solution to remove the responsibility
of tape collection etc.
The firms principal was pleased both with the design of the network
, cost and of course the fact that the future had been catered for.
Nemark won the project and was soon implemented. Since installation
the firm has increased in size and the network is holding strong backed
up by the IT Support agreement in place.
